I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast was good and the staff was super nice The room was spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. Definitely a solid choice for families!

The swimming pool area lacked towels—only three were given for a family of five, and the clerk said that was all due to theft issues. Being booked for five but only given two towels for showers felt unprofessional and inadequate.

could have been more varied. The coffee was good, but availability was inconsistent. One aspect I particularly noted was the cleanliness of the room. Parking was sufficient and easy to access, making check-in and check-out convenient.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful during my stay, which added a positive touch to my experience. However, I faced issues with air conditioning that impacted my comfort, and I also noticed inconsistent room cleanliness. Given these factors, it's a decent choice for families, but improvements can be made in some areas.

The stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton was enjoyable, with a very clean and modern hotel. Kudos to the breakfast crew for always providing hot and fresh food, and the elevators had a pleasant aroma. There was a small issue with a credit card charge, but Andrea Collins resolved it promptly and even delivered printouts to my room, showcasing excellent customer service.

The only drawback was the need for more towels depending on occupancy.
